This one wants a proof. Work it on paper, then read the official solution and mark yourself. Be honest about it: the record is only any use to you if it is.
Let u=32+5,v=32−5. Then u3+v3=4,uv=34−5=−1. From the equality (u+v)3=u3+v3+3uv(u+v) it is clear that u+v is a root of the equation x3+3x−4=0. This equation has an obvious root x=1, and it has no other roots (see problem 61252 a).
