Solution
Since 31 of x is equal to 4, then x is equal to 3×4 or 12. Thus, 61 of x is equal to 12÷6=2. Alternatively, since 61 is one-half of 31, then 61 of x is equal to one-half of 31 of x, which is 4÷2 or 2.
